Food Freebies reported from MSN MoneyCentral:

  • Taco Bell will give one free Black Jack Taco to each customer from 6 p.m. to midnight Oct. 31. And you don’t even have to dress like a food item.

The proceeds will benefit the Burger King Scholars Program, which provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
