One of the biggest mistakes I see young people making when they join the work force is not dressing appropriately.  Young guys&#039; shoes, belts, and ties won&#039;t match, shoes are scuffed and not shined, shirts are wrinkled, etc.  You don&#039;t have to spend a fortune to look good, just take some pride in your appearance.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is an excellent topic and I hope you pursue it further.
